Refund policy

2 Day Return

  • Unsatisfied? Please e-mail customer service at info@manesbymadeline.com.
  • Returns must be made within 2 days of you receiving the wig.
  • Sales for altered or customized orders are final and may not be returned.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returns must be in the original, brand-new condition, with the product tag attached, in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are conditional upon inspection and confirmation that the wig has not been used, washed, or worn.
  • Payment processing can take up to 5 days to complete.

Refund or Store Credit

  • You may choose between receiving:
    • REFUND (With a restocking fee of 15%, processed in 5 days).
    • STORE CREDIT (Without a restocking and handling fee, to be used within 90 days of the original order).
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be charged with each shipment.
  • Only one exchange is permissible, any further action requires a full return with a 15% restocking fee.

Domestic/International Customers

  • Shipping charges, taxes or duties are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
  • VAT or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sales for altered or customized orders are final and may not be returned.
  • Your shipment to us may be refused if returned after the refund period or may require an additional charge for a restocking fee based on the original invoice date.
